<br />Planning Commission Minutes Page 1 of 2 May 10, 2023 <br /> <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />DRAFT MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br />Wednesday, May 10, 2023 <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE, AND ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Chair Pace called the regular meeting of the Planning Commission to order at 7:03 p.m. from the <br />Council Chamber located at 200 Old Bernal Avenue and via Zoom. <br /> <br />Commissioner Jain led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Matt Gaidos, Anurag Jain, Vivek Mohan, Ken Morgan, <br />Stephanie Wedge, and Chair Brandon Pace <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br /> <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br />No items to report. <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />1.Actions of the Zoning Administrator <br /> <br />Recommendation: Receive report. <br /> <br />2.P23- Application for Conditional Use <br />Permit approval to operate a chess club and tutoring business with no more than 24 students at <br />one time during standard hours and a twice monthly tournament on Friday evenings with no more <br />than 60 participants in the existing building at 1024 Serpentine Lane, Suite 101 <br /> <br />Recommendation: Approve the application. <br /> <br />3.Approve the meeting minutes of April 12, 2023 <br /> <br />Recommendation: Approve the meeting minutes. <br /> <br /> <br />MOTION: It was m/s by Gaidos/Mohan to approve the Consent Calendar, as recommended.
