5 <br /> If you wish to sign up for a CAP appt. please reply back to this email and I can create a Work Request to have a  <br />technician schedule an appt. which is free to account holders.  <br /> In reviewing the account, I do not show anyone from the HOA has signed up for automatic leak alerts. The City  <br />has set the threshold for IRRIGATION accounts when there is continuous usage of 5 gallons/hr. for 24 hrs.  <br />continuously.  . See attached for how to monitor your own usage. Of course, it appears someone else <br />has registered so you may need to ask them to share the login information. (Note: For residential <br />customers, the threshold is 10 gallons/hr. for 12 hrs. Note: Notification of water usage and leak alert is <br />not guaranteed to always be functional. Customers should continue to check systems for indoor and <br />outdoor leaks.
