August 21, 2023 <br /> Hello Commissioners - <br /> I apologize for reaching out to you directly, but my email to the contact <br /> listed online was returned. <br /> My name is Michele Peterson. <br /> My husband, Ray, and I live at. Dennis Drive. <br /> Our property is directly adjacent to 2207 Martin Avenue, the property being <br /> discussed in PUD-148, at the Planning Commission meeting Wednesday, <br /> August 23`d. <br /> Would any of you be interested in coming out and taking a look at what is <br /> being proposed and what has already been constructed- without any design <br /> review or building permits? <br /> We would be happy to show you around to give you a better perspective of <br /> what the Planning Department is recommending. <br /> I know it is somewhat short notice but we just received their report late last <br /> week. <br /> There are photos in the report but I have attached a few from our property. <br /> Also, I have included Planning Commission meeting minutes from June 25, <br /> 2003 which discuss the widening of Dennis Drive when the adjacent <br /> properties are developed and a copy of the vesting tentative parcel map <br /> showing our offer of dedication for said widening. <br /> This was a condition of approval of our PUD-27. <br /> I believe the neighbors at- Martin are also developing their parcel, <br /> PUD-141. <br /> Please let me know if you have any interest in viewing the project. <br /> I am available anytime this week before the meeting. <br /> Thank you for your consideration, <br /> Michele and Ray Peterson <br />
