8/16/23,3:06 PM Mail-Diego Mora-Outlook EXHIBIT C
2207 Martin Ave
Karrie Smith
Tue 8/8/2023 12:55 PM
To:Diego Mora DMora@cityofpleasantonca.gov
Cc:Randy Smith
***[EXTERNAL]This message comes from an external organization.Exercise caution when opening attachments or clicking links,
especially from unknown senders.***
Hi Diego
Randy I
Would like the following to be addressed in regard to 2207 Martin Ave.
1-original plan to inform the City of design and building was done? And it
Was approved? Did it include tennis court with lights?
2-light pollution : are there timing guidelines for use?
Our concerns mainly rest upon tennis/sport court lighting and the aura that comes with that to our
normally quiet, serene and dark skyline.
We assumed that such building details and planning would have included a "notification" by the city
To us as neighbors.
Thus far, only the fencing and green court painting indicates tennis court and some assumption that
lighting will
Also happen. (It does look like lighting conduit and cement blocks with bolts for poles have been
done. Tho no poles up yet).
So summation:
two
Concerns
1-has tennis court been approved and legal
In all
Aspects
2-what are lighting guidelines for use
Live well & Carpe Diem !
Karrie smit_
https://outlook.office365.com/mail/AAMkADU4YzEl MDI1 LWJjYjEtNGUwNi04MGMOLWRmNjhIM2QzYmMzYwAuAAAAAADYGGZKhBSTTrzbJihi7wiI... 1/1
