Resolution No. PC-2023-14
Page Four
The proposed development plan conforms to the purposes of the PUD district
including to allow residential uses on the lots. In addition, the intent is to
maintain adequate light, air, privacy, and separation between dwellings and
requires specific landscape, fencing, lighting, and other design requirements
unique to the district. The proposed development plan will help implement the
intent of the district through large setbacks and context sensitive building and
site design. As such, the Planning Commission concludes this finding can be
made.
Section 2: The Planning Commission hereby recommends the City Council approve the
application for a PUD development plan (PUD-148) as reflected in the Conditions of
Approval in Attachment 1 attached hereto and incorporated into this resolution by
reference to establish development standards for 2207 Martin Avenue.
Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and
adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of
Pleasanton at a regular meeting held on August 23, 2023, by the following vote:
Ayes:
Noes:
Absent:
Abstain:
ATTEST:
Melinda Denis Brandon Pace
Secretary, Planning Commission Chair
APPROVED AS TO FORM:
Julie Harryman
Assistant City Attorney
