After receiving comments, prepare final traffic study for project <br /> d. Provide any requested review and comments on CEQA document traffic section prepared by <br /> others. <br /> e. Respond to CEQA document comments T&M basis. <br /> Cumulative Effects <br /> In accordance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15130,the EIR will address the cumulative effects of the <br /> proposed project in combination with other projects.As set forth in the CEQA Guidelines, the cumulative <br /> analysis will focus on impacts to which the project has made a significant incremental contribution.The <br /> analysis will reflect the severity of the impacts and their likelihood of occurrence,and will be guided by <br /> standards of practicality and reasonableness. <br /> Alternatives <br /> Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15126.6, the EIR will evaluate a range of feasible alternatives to the <br /> proposed project.One of the alternatives will be the CEQA-mandated "No Project Alternative,"which is <br /> the circumstance under which the project does not proceed. FCS will evaluate up to two additional <br /> alternatives, likely consisting of a reduction in project size or potentially a refinement of proposed <br /> residential lot locations to better comply with City policies.
