<br />MATTING, COMPARTMENT FLOOR
<br />Dri-Deck rubber compartment matting will be provided in four (4) compartments on the
<br />compartment floor. The locations are, LS2, RS1, RS2, RS3.
<br />The Dri-Deck will be black and .562" thick with holes in the decking to allow air to flow. The
<br />leading edge of the matting will include the beveled edge.

<br />PEGBOARD
<br />There will be 3/16" thick aluminum pegboard installed on the one (1) side wall(s) of compartments
<br />LS1 rearward side wall . The pegboard will be mounted using two (2) horizontal tracks. Retainers
<br />will be used to mount the pegboard to the tracks. The holes will be .203" diameter, punched 1.00"
<br />on center. The pegboard will be spatter gray painted. The pegboard will be mounted match 29597
<br /> within the compartment(s).

<br />PEGBOARD
<br />There will be 3/16" thick aluminum pegboard spatter gray painted will be installed on the back
<br />wall of five (5) compartments. It will be mounted using two (2) horizontal tracks. Retainers will be
<br />used to mount the pegboard to the tracks. The pegboard(s) installed will be on the upper
<br />standard depth section of the compartment. The holes will be .203" diameter, punched 1.00" on
<br />center. Pegboard will be provided in the following compartments: B1, LS1, LS3, RS2 and RS3.
<br />0696957 Hitch, Receiver, Sides, Under Body HITCH RECEIVER
<br />A hitch receiver will be installed at each side of the apparatus behind the rear wheels under the
<br />compartments.
<br />The side hitch receivers will be constructed of heavy steel tubing and reinforced to the truck
<br />framework.
<br />The side hitch receivers will be capable of retaining a 6,000 or 9,000 lb portable winch.
<br />Slide-in portion will be held in place by one (1) safety pin with clip.

<br />RUB RAIL
<br />Bottom edge of the side compartments will be trimmed with a bright aluminum extruded rub rail.
<br />Trim will be 2.12" high with 1.38" flanges turned outward for rigidity.
<br />The rub rails will not be an integral part of the body construction, which allows replacement in the
<br />event of damage.

<br />BODY FENDER CROWNS
<br />Polished stainless steel fender crowns will be provided around the rear wheel openings with a
<br />dielectric barrier will be provided between the fender crown and the fender sheet metal to prevent
<br />corrosion.
<br />The fender crowns will be held in place with stainless steel screws that thread directly into a
<br />composite nut and not directly into the parent body sheet metal to eliminate dissimilar metals
<br />contact and greatly reduce the chance for corrosion. Rubber welting will be provided between the
<br />body and crown.
<br />BODY FENDER LINER
<br />A painted to match the lower body color fender liner will be provided. The liners will be removable
<br />to aid in the maintenance of rear suspension components.

<br />HARD SUCTION HOSE
<br />Two (2) lengths of 6.00" Kochek Fire Grade clear corrugated hard suction hose, reinforced with a
<br />black spiral helix, 10' in length, will be provided. The hose will be equipped with a long handle
<br />female coupling on one (1) end and a rocker lug male coupling on the other end. Couplings will
<br />be black anodized hard coated aluminum.

<br />HARD SUCTION HOSE STORAGE
<br />One (1) fully enclosed hard suction hose compartment will be provided on the left side between
<br />the water tank and side sheet area and capable of storing two (2) hard suction hoses.
<br />Two (2) aluminum unpainted troughs will be provided one (1) above the other inside the
<br />compartment.
<br />One (1) polished stainless steel door with a flush lift and turn latch hinged on the left side, will be
<br />provided at the rear of the compartment.

<br />HANDRAILS
<br />The handrails will be 1.25" diameter knurled aluminum to provide a positive gripping surface.
<br />Chrome plated end stanchions will support the handrail. Plastic gaskets will be used between end
<br />stanchions and any painted surfaces.
<br />Drain holes will be provided in the bottom of all vertically mounted handrails.
<br />Handrails will be provided to meet NFPA 1901 section 15.8 requirements. The handrails will be
<br />installed as noted on the sales drawing.
