Signage for the convenience market/carwash building shall be limited to "The <br />Comer Market" and "Pleasanton U.S. Gas" logo mounted only the side of the <br />building facing Bernal Avenue. The red plastic of 'q'he Comer Market" sign <br />shall be changed to a deeper red color. The "Open 24 Hours" building sign is <br />deleted. <br /> <br />Signage for the cariopy shall be limited to the "Pleasanton U.S. Gas" logo <br />mounted only on the side of the canopy facing Bemal Avenue. <br /> <br />The "Pleasanton U.S. Gas" logo on the convenience market/carwash building and <br />on the service station canopy shall be composed of routed-out blue and red <br />coloring on an opaque background. <br /> <br />This constitutes the entire project sign program. Construction details for the monument <br />and building signs shall be submitted to the Planning Director for review and approval <br />prior to installation. Any change to the approved sign program, including color, name, <br />etc., shall be submitted for the review and approval of the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />The applicant shall modify the service station canopy columns by lowering the stone <br />veneer and using a design which matches the column design of the convenience <br />market/carwash building. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />The project developer shall submit a waste management plan to the Building Department <br />prior to issuance of building or demolition permits. The plan shall include the estimated <br />composition and quantities of waste to be generated and how the project developer <br />intends to recycle at least 50 percent of the total job site construction and demolition <br />waste measured by weight or volume. Proof of compliance shall be provided to the Chief <br />Building Official prior to the issuance of a final building permit. During demolition and <br />construction, the project developer shall mark all trash disposal bins "trash materials <br />only" and all recycling bins "recycling materials only." The project developer shall <br />contact Pleasanton Garbage Service for the disposal of all waste from the site. <br /> <br />Building and Site Design Requirements: <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />The entry wall to be located at the north/south interblock driveway from Utah Street shall <br />be three feet in height and faced with the cobblestone rock material matching the material <br />used on the proposed buildings. The wall design shall be submitted to the Planning <br />Director for review and approval with the building permit plan set. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />The project developer shall effectively screen from view all ducts, meters, air <br />conditioning equipment, and any other mechanical equipment, whether on the structure, <br />on the ground, or on the roof, with materials architecturally compatible with the main <br />structure. Screening details shall be shown on the plans submitted for issuance of <br />building permits, the adequacy of which shall be determined by the Planning Director. <br />All required screening shall be provided prior to occupancy. <br /> <br /> <br />
