Implement the City’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) action <br /> plan within the City organization, to include ongoing training <br /> and development . <br />X <br />2 . Procure and integrate critical software platforms across departments for <br /> efficient and effective use by City staff and the public . X <br />3 . Develop and implement a plan for internal strategic communication to <br /> keep employees informed and engaged .X <br />4 . Evaluate the organization’s structure of community engagement <br /> opportunities (such as commissions and committees, and citizens’ <br /> academy) to improve information sharing, optimize staff efficiency, and <br /> provide greater service to the community . <br />X <br />5 .
