This letter seeks to initiate an amendment to authorize billing of these works: Main Street Bulb Out and Sidewalk Extension Increase the limits of the project to include reconstruction of the northern sidewalk between the 1St / Bernal intersection and the Main St / Bernal Avenue Intersection. Construct new bulb-out and ADA ramps at the northeast corner of the Main St / Bernal Avenue intersection. Civic Park Landscape and Mon_umentation Sign Replacement Increase the limits of the project to include replacement of landscaping in civic park including planting and irrigation work. Added work to remove and replace the existing monumentation sign in Civic Park, including lighting. School District Onsite Work After discussion with Pleasanton Unified School District (PUSD) representatives, the project scope was increased to reconstruct drainage systems and on-site utilities beyond the limits of the City's right-of-way and that which was assumed at the time of scoping. This task includes meetings with PUSD personnel on-site to discuss project impacts and improvements.
