Consulting Services Objectives: Analyze current streetlight infrastructure, including existing streetlights and their locations, power sources, age, and material composition Propose a plan for modifications or upgrades to the existing streetlight infrastructure, including potential changes to locations, power sources, age, and material composition • Assist in the implementation of the proposed plan Monitor the performance of the proposed modifications or upgrades Deliverables: Detailed report of pole infrastructure Proposed plan for modifications or upgrades to existing streetlight infrastructure Provide quoted estimates for proposed modifications or upgrades Implementation plan for proposed modifications or upgrades Evaluation of the performance of the proposed modifications or upgrades For all Consulting Services, a written estimate shall be submitted detailing the objectives and the deliverables, with the estimated hours, prior to any work being performed. All costs will be based on time and materials basis. LED LAMP CONVERSION The scope will also include lamp conversion or bulb replacement for conversion to LED lighting on an as-needed basis. Contractor shall provide a quote based on the request from City Staff, that will be based on work to be performed during normal business hours and on a time and materials or proposal basis. UPGRADES AND INSTALLATIONS Contractor shall, if requested, install, modify and/or upgrade streetlights, parking lot lights and pathway lights or traffic safety devices. All additional work shall be performed to the satisfaction of the City on a time and material or proposal basis.
