Based on the competitive proposal submitted by UBEO, staff recommends approval of a
three-year contract with UBEO for a comprehensive MPS program. The program will
deliver increased efficiency, reduced downtime, and cost savings for the City's diverse
printing needs, including support, maintenance, and consumable supplies
replenishment for all City facilities. UBEO's proposal also demonstrates a competitive
edge, having met all RFP criteria and offering the most cost-effective solution based on
historical print volumes. This new agreement, with the integration of high-production
devices in the Central Services Print Center, will further boost the City's printing
capabilities, reduce costs, and ensure continued seamless operations.
S itVdO: Fiscal Review: proved by:
Allen Susan Hsieh erry Be din
Infor gy Finance Director Manager
Dire o
Attachments:
1.
