04.20.23

Summer Session Beginning June 1, 2024

Classes highlighted in yellow will be open for enrollment in mid-May and are consistent with the
approved 2019 CUP. Classes highlighted in green are new classes to be open for enrollment in
Summer 2024, if approved by the City.

Summer Schedule, Monday - Friday

Administrative Time
Administrative hours of operation are held outside of class times. Campus is used by full time staff
to perform admin tasks and hold admissions meetings, and by part time staff for class prep.
During Academic Year
o Monday thru Friday: 12:00-4:00 PM, 9-9:30 PM
o Saturday and Sunday: 7:30-8:00 AM, 7:45-9:00 PM
During Summer
o Monday-Friday: 8:00-9:00 AM, 4:30-5:00 PM
o Saturday-Sunday: Closed

Traffic Management
The above numbers represent the maximum number of students and faculty to be permitted on
the campus at one time. However, please note that typical operations at our other campus
locations have demonstrated that there are several factors that effectively reduce the actual
number of vehicle trips generated:

The above calculations are based on a 15-student maximum during the Academic Year,
and a 14-student maximum during the Summer Session, but our average class size is 12
students during the Academic Year and 9 students during the Summer Session.
Our students all live in or near Pleasanton, with 75% of our students living within a 5 mile
radius of our campus, and 90% of our students living within a 10 mile radius.
Parents often bring 2-3 of their children to our campus at the same time.
Some parents arrange to carpool with other families.
Some students stay for multiple sessions in one day.
