LWEI ®RE CALIFORNIA COMMENT COMPILATION AND RESPONSE Several documents provided the foundation for the development of this Policy including FAA Airport Sponsor Assurances, AC 150-5190-6 Exclusive Rights at Federally Obligated Airports, and Order 5190.6B Airport Compliance Manual. Interested parties are encouraged to thoroughly review and carefully consider these documents. The draft Leasing and Development Policy was made available to the public for review and comment over a 49-day period beginning Monday, March 6, 2023 through Monday, April 24, 2023. The City requested that those participating in the review and comment provide specific reasons and alternative language and/or deletions for any proposed changes to the document. Attached is a compilation of the comments submitted from thirty-seven (37) respondents. All comments have been reviewed and addressed in this document.Each comment is represented by a"C" and the response to the comment is represented by an"R".The numbering is utilized only as a method to identify and organize comments and responses. Also, if a respondent has requested to delete language from the draft document,that language has been identified using stfiket#feugh and when a respondent has requested to add language, that language has been identified using red highlight. Any language identified in italics is taken verbatim from the draft documents. It is important to note that editorial comments were accepted and made part of this report, however because of lack of specificity as to what the respondent wanted changed,they did not necessarily result in modification(s)to the document. The City wishes to thank all stakeholders and members of the public who took the time to review the draft document and especially the individuals who provided detailed comments for consideration.
