The <br /> Contractor will provide to the City documentation supporting the qualification of those <br /> assigned to this program upon request by the City's Program Manager. <br /> Any items packaged, labeled, marked and/or manifested by the City which are to be <br /> managed under this Agreement will be inspected by the Contractor prior to acceptance <br /> to confirm that any such packaging, labeling, marking, and manifesting is satisfactory <br /> and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. <br /> The followinglist describes some of the more routine waste streams generated b the <br /> g Y <br /> City: <br /> a. Waste Paint Related Material(latex). Waste paint in multi-sized cans. <br /> b. Waste Paint (oil-base). Waste paint in multi-sized cans. <br /> c. Diesel Fuel and Asphalt Emulsion (combustible liquids). Waste diesel fuel mixed <br /> with asphalt emulsion generated from asphalt paving equipment cleaning operations. <br /> d. Empty Drums and Other Contaminated Containers. The City periodically generates <br /> various sized drums and other containers that previously held hazardous materials. <br /> e. Aerosol Cans. The City generates partially full aerosol cans that contain paint, <br /> lubricants, solvents, brake cleaners, etc. and loose packs this waste into SS-gallon <br /> steel drums. <br /> f. Contaminated Debris, Soil and/or Absorbents. Debris (leaves, litter, PPE, etc.), soil <br /> and absorbents(rice hull ash, absorbent clays, pads, and dikes,etc.)contaminated <br /> with gasoline, <br /> diesel fuel,hydraulic oil, antifreeze, and other wastes from cleanup operations from <br /> incidents <br /> such as vehicle accidents or minor spills. <br /> g. Light Ballasts. Suspected PCB contaminated and non-PCB fluorescent and traffic <br /> light ballasts. <br /> h. Fluorescent Tubes/bulbs. These tubes/bulbs are generated by maintenance of City <br /> facilities. <br /> i. Compact Fluorescent Lamps (CFLs). Occasionally miscellaneous fluorescent bulbs. <br /> j. High Intensity Discharge (HID)Lamps and Light-emitting diode (LED)Bulbs. HID <br /> lamps are generated by maintenance of City facilities and streetlights. Recently the <br /> City has shifted to using LED bulbs for streetlamps and traffic lights and anticipates <br /> this to be a future waste stream; the City currently does not generate significant LED <br /> waste. <br /> k. Insecticides, Algaecides, Fungicide, and Herbicides. <br /> 1. Alkaline and Rechargeable Batteries (Nickel-Cadmium, Nickel-metal hydride, Lead- <br /> Acid and Lithium Batteries). <br /> m. Antifreeze. Incidental amounts of antifreeze are generated by the City. <br /> n. Waste Pepper Spray and Mace. The Police Department generates waste mace and <br /> pepper spray containers. <br /> o. Friable Asbestos and Asbestos Containing Material. Small amounts of construction <br /> debris, insulation, and transite material and piping are generated through <br /> maintenance and operations. <br /> p. MAAP Gas/Propane Cylinders. Incidental amounts of MAAP gas and propane. <br />
