As a resident who pays a great sum of dollars in annual property taxes, I am far more concerned with the abundant crime that <br /> is occurring in our neighborhoods. The number of speeding/reckless driving vehicles that need to be ticketed (could bring in <br /> additional income to the city) and the fact that I understand the city has not bought software for the traffic cameras located <br /> throughout the city. I was told that by a Police officer when I was witness to a traffic accident on First St. <br /> If there are budget constraints(which I do not understand) I ask you to please focus on the safety in our wonderful city and let <br /> some of the non-essential projects wait. <br /> Thank you for your time. <br /> Debby Glassanos <br /> Kottinger Ranch <br /> 2 <br />
