applicants shall submit a planting plan for the review and approval of the Planning <br />Director prior to issuance of a building permit. Such planting shall be installed at <br />applicants' cost prior to final building inspection and maintained by the applicants. <br /> <br />The building permit plan check materials will be accepted for submittal only after <br />completion of the fifteen (15)-day appeal period, measured from the date of the <br />approval letter, unless the applicant submits a signed statement acknowledging that <br />the plan check fees may be forfeited in the event that the approval is overturned on <br />appeal, or that the design is significantly changed as a result of the appeal. In no ease <br />will a building permit be: issued prior to the expiration of the fifteen (15)-day time- <br />period. <br /> <br />The applicants shall pay any and all fees to which the project may be subject prior to <br />issuance of a building permit. The type and amount of the fees shall be those in effect <br />at the time the permit is issued. <br /> <br />All appropriate City permits shall be obtained prior to the construction of the <br />structure. <br /> <br />Construction activities shall be limited to the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday <br />through Friday. No construction shall be allowed on Federal Holidays.
