Agenda Pasting <br /> r <br /> The City Clerk shall post an agenda at least 72 hours before any Council meeting. at City <br /> Hall offices at 200 Old Bernal Avenue and at 123 Main Street. <br /> c <br /> The agenda shall specify the time and location of the meeting and contain a brief description <br /> of each item of business to be transacted or discussed at the meeting. <br /> Summaries of proposed and adopted ordinances shall be published in a local newspaper. <br /> t <br /> l F. Delivery of Agenda Material to Council <br /> City staff shall endeavor to deliver all agenda material, including all staff reports and <br /> r exhibits, to the City Council no later than 8.00 p.m. on the Tuesday preceding a regular City <br /> Council meeting. In the event that agenda materials are not delivered as provided above, the <br /> 3 City Council may continue the item until the next regularly scheduled City Council meeting. <br /> G. Minutes of Proceedings <br /> t The City Clerk shall record an account of all public proceedings of the City Council and <br /> S enter such account into official minute books of the Council. These minutes, following <br /> approval by the Council, shall be available to the public and will be considered the City's <br /> official record of the meeting. <br /> R <br /> 1. Preparation of Minutes <br /> S <br /> 1 To ensure uniformity of minute entries and to save time composing the record, all <br /> minutes will be prepared with one standardized format. <br /> r <br /> Minutes will include a statement of all Council actions, including motions made and <br /> l vote thereon. Communication by members of the public shall include name, address, <br /> f and subject matter. <br /> Oral or written presentations by members of the Council or the public will be <br /> paraphrased unless written materials are specifically requested to be included by <br /> reference. <br /> 2. Reading of Minutes <br /> n <br /> Unless a Councilmember requests the reading of the minutes, the minutes shall be <br /> approved without reading if the Clerk has furnished each Councilmember with a <br /> COPY. <br /> 7 <br />
