41 City of Pleasanton Capital Improvement Program • FY 2023/24 - FY 2026/27 <br />The 2018 Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan identified <br />and prioritized bicycle- and pedestrian-related im- <br />provements along priority corridors. However, there is a <br />provision in the Master Plan to allocate 20% of funding <br />for high-priority spot improvements not located with- <br />in the priority corridor. This annual project will install <br />various high-priority improvements identified by the <br />Master Plan that may not be on the high-priority cor- <br />ridor.
