Since the <br />City’s inclusionary <br />requirement is 15 to 20 <br />percent, not all projects <br />that comply with the <br />inclusionary requirement <br />receive fee waivers. <br />Modify: Revise to reflect <br />the City’s current practice <br />for assessing fee waiver <br />requests. <br />15.3 <br />Expedite the development review process <br />for housing proposals that provide a <br />minimum of 15 percent affordable to <br />moderate-, low-, extremely low, and very <br />low-income households. <br />- Planning Division <br />The City continues to <br />expedite the <br />development review <br />process for affordable <br />projects on an as needed <br />basis.
