<br />Housing Constraints City of Pleasanton | C-35 <br />Permit and Development Fees <br />The City requires payment of application fees for entitlement processing at the time of submission <br />and development fees at time of building permit issuance. City fees are based on the City’s costs <br />of providing services and are reviewed and adjusted periodically. Higher density projects are likely to have more than 16 units and would be <br />charged the $23,610 fee for processing.
