Minimum Lot Area: 2,925 square feet,except 1,950 square feet for <br /> lots with alley-accessed garages. <br /> b. Minimum Lot Width: 45 feet'except 30 feet for alley-asses ed lots <br /> C. Minimum Lot Depth 65 feet <br /> d. Front Yard Minimum: 10 feet <br /> e. Side Yard Minimums: One Side four feet/A total of ten feet for both sides. <br /> Four-foot setbacks shall not share a property line. Attached and semi-attached <br /> housing shall be allowed a 0-foot side setback with mutual fence party wall <br /> and maintenance easements,as applicable.
