The design process and right of way acquisition will take <br /> approximately two years with construction to follow in 2021. <br /> Construction of the segment of SR 84 from Pigeon Pass to I-680 will be the final segment <br /> in a series of improvements to widen SR 84 to expressway standards from I-580 in <br /> Livermore to I-680 in Sunol.
