Resolution No. 23-1376 Page 2 of 3 represents the independent judgment and analysis of the City of Pleasanton as lead agency for the Project. SECTION 2. The City Council makes the following findings for adoption of the Addendum and MMRP based upon the entire record of proceedings before it and all information received that: 1. The conditions described in CEQA Guidelines Section 15183 and 15162 have not occurred and finds that the previously prepared EIR and SEIR, including the adopted CEQA Findings and Statement of Overriding Considerations and are adequate to serve as the environmental documentation for the Project and satisfy all the requirements of CEQA; and 2. The Addendum and MMRP concluded the implementation of the Project would not result in any new or more significant impacts to the environment, or result in any unstudied significant impacts that are peculiar to the parcel; and 3. There is no substantial evidence the Project will have a new or more severe significant effect on the environment, or result in any unstudied significant impacts that are peculiar to the parcel and adopts the Addendum and MMRP and incorporate its conclusions and reasoning by reference. The Addendum and MMRP are: (1) on file in the Planning Division located at 200 Old Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, California 94566; and (2) available for inspection by any interested person/party. SECTION 3. Adopts the Addendum and MMRP attached as Exhibit A. SECTION 4. The City staff is hereby directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at a regular meeting held on March 21, 2023.
