City of Pleasanton—Stoneridge Mall Residential Project
Section 15183 Checklist/15164 Addendum CEQA Checklist/Addendum

FirstCarbon Solutions 45
Https://adecinnovations.sharepoint.com/sites/PublicationsSite/Shared Documents/Publications/Client (PN-JN)/2148/21480017/Consistency Checklist/21480017 Stoneridge Mall Residential Project Checklist
Addendum_Updated.docx
These mitigation measures will be implemented with the construction of the project, as
applicable. If “None” are indicated, the Prior EIR concluded that the impact either does not
occur or is not significant, and the analysis of the proposed project concluded that no
additional mitigation measures are needed.
3.2 - Discussion and Mitigation Sections
The following sections include three components for each environmental checklist question:
discussion of each checklist question and any potential impacts to the environment, any mitigation
measures required, and a conclusion of the analysis. Each component is further described below:
(1) Discussion
A discussion of the elements of the checklist is provided under each environmental category
in order to clarify the answers. The discussion provides information about the particular
environmental issue, about the conclusions made in the Prior EIR, whether the proposed
project would have impacts related to the issue greater than what was analyzed in the Prior
EIR, and the status of any mitigation that may be required or that has already been
implemented.
(2) Mitigation Measures
Applicable mitigation measures from the Prior EIR that apply to the proposed project are
listed under each environmental category.
(3) Conclusions
A discussion of the conclusion relating to the analysis is contained in each section.
3.3 - Environmental Topics
The following topics are evaluated in accordance with current CEQA Guidelines and requirements:
• Aesthetics
• Agriculture and Forestry Resources
• Air Quality
• Biological Resources
• Cultural Resources and Tribal Cultural
Resources
• Energy
• Geology and Soils
• Greenhouse Gas Emissions
• Hazards and Hazardous Materials
• Hydrology and Water Quality
• Land Use and Planning
• Mineral Resources
• Noise
• Population and Housing
• Public Services
• Recreation
• Transportation
• Utilities and Service Systems
• Wildfire
