<br /> <br /> <br />Planning Commission Minutes Page 1 of 5 November 9, 2022 <br /> <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br />DRAFT <br />Wednesday, November 9, 2022 <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE, AND ROLL CALL <br /> <br />The meeting of the Planning Commission of November 9, 2022, was called to order at 7:02 p.m. by <br />Chair Pace. <br /> <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Commissioner Nibert. <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: Emily Carroll, Assistant Planner; Ellen Clark, Director of Community <br />Development; Megan Campbell, Associate Planner; Melinda Denis, <br />Planning and Permit Center Manager; Julie Harryman, Assistant City <br />Attorney; Estela Ramirez, Recording Secretary; Mike Tassano, Assistant <br />Director of Community Development, Traffic <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Matt Gaidos, Anurag Jain, Vivek Mohan, Ken Morgan, <br />Jeff Nibert, and Chair Brandon Pace <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br /> <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR - Consent Calendar items are considered routine and will be enacted by one <br />motion unless a request for removal for discussion or explanation is received from the Planning <br />Commission or a member of the public by submitting a speaker card for that item. <br /> <br />Commissioner Mohan pulled Item 2 to from the Consent Calendar to provide official comments. <br /> <br />1. Actions of the Zoning Administrator <br /> <br />Commissioner Mohan moved to approve Item 1 on the Consent Calendar.
