I've moved the Council to the bcc line to avoid
violating open meeting rules.
The request tonight to for Council to allow staff to relook at previously approved CIP projects. That hasn't happened in
the past. The lists publishe with this report are not the complete list... we are focused on unrestricted (primarily General
Fund) money (not restricted sources like gas tax or measure b/bb).
If Council agrees with staff making adjustments to projects that were approved in the past, then we will have a more
robust discussion about projects during an April 18 budget workshop (scheduled to start at 5:30pm).
I hope that helps to explain this step in the process. Please give me a call if you/d like to discuss this further.
Have a great day,
Gerry Beaudin
City Manager
Office: 925-931-5002
gbeaudin@cityofpleasantonca.gov
City of Pleasanton I P.O.
