UNIFORMS <br /> • All employees on site are to wear clothing which clearly identifies the <br /> contractor/company <br /> • Proxy card shall be visible at all times <br /> COMMUNICATION AND DOCUMENTATION <br /> All main communication shall be directed through the Support Services division as related to any <br /> maintenance or repair services. <br /> • Office—Contractor shall provide a point of contact for normal operating hours with <br /> phone number and email. <br /> • Complaints—For issues that arise due to unsatisfactory performance Contractor shall <br /> provide point of contact with a cell phone number and email to help resolve any <br /> concerns. <br /> • After Hours/Weekends/Holidays-Contractor shall provide contact number that can <br /> respond within 45 minutes to an hour for an emergency that may arise during these times. <br /> • Scheduling for regular maintenance and cleaning—will be coordinated through the <br /> Recreation Aquatic Staff. <br /> SUPERVISION AND APPROVAL AUTHORITY <br /> • Contractor must provide for adequate supervision and inspection of all work <br /> performed to ensure that each requirement of these specifications is consistently met. <br /> • A supervisor representing the contractor shall be readily available to meet with the <br /> Operations Superintendent or Designee as needed for the purposes of correcting <br /> problems, conflicts, and coordinating work schedules. <br /> • Inspection by the Superintendent or Designee shall be made during normal City <br /> operating hours, unless otherwise arranged. <br /> • The progress and standard of quality of work to be accomplished shall be to the <br /> degree reasonably acceptable to the Operations Superintendent or Designee. In the <br /> event the Superintendent determines contractor's work is unsatisfactory, contractor <br /> will be required to perform the additional work at no cost to the City. <br /> DAMAGES <br /> If Contractor causes any damage while performing routine duties or corrective maintenance <br /> contractor will be liable to replace/repair any City owned assets.Examples may include but not <br /> limited to Pool Covers, Pumps, Motors, Heaters, Electrical Equipment, and Filter. Any asset <br /> damaged by Contractor shall be reported to the Operations Superintendent or Designee. <br />
