Utilizing Quantitative CEQA GHG Thresholds <br /> specifically occur via public availability to comment on the draft resolution item during a public <br /> meeting(i.e., City Council meeting) adopted in February 2022 and updated in August 2022 <br /> considering adoption of the CEQA GHG Thresholds and Guidance Draft IS-ND. This process directly <br /> addresses the concerns raised in the Golden Door Properties, LLC v. County of San Diego/Sierra Club, <br /> LLC v. County of San Diego (2018) case regarding formal adoption of new CEQA thresholds and how <br /> lead agencies should afford the opportunity for public review and input prior to adoption and use. <br /> Draft 31 <br />
