An increase in the contract compensation is <br /> necessary to allow for additional locations to be added to annual traffic counts. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Approve the first amendment to the as-needed maintenance agreement with AimTD, <br /> LLC for annual traffic count services to extend the contract term, amend the scope of <br /> services, and adjust the contract compensation for year two from $27,120 to $30,330, <br /> and adjust the maximum compensation for years three through five from $95,760 to <br /> $105,000. s. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> Funding for annual traffic count services is included in the Traffic Engineering Division <br /> operational budget. The increase for the current fiscal year can be absorbed by the <br /> existing professional services budget; budget for years three through five, if the contract <br /> is extended, will be included in future years' budgeting processes. <br />
