All supporting material is included as Appendix D. <br />Native American Heritage Commission Sacred Lands File Record Search and Tribal <br />Consultation <br />On December 9, 2022, FCS staff sent a letter to the NAHC in an effort to determine whether any <br />sacred sites are listed on its Sacred Lands File for the proposed project site. On November 15, 2022, <br />FCS received a response from the NAHC stating that the results of the Sacred Lands File search were <br />positive, indicating that there may be Tribal Cultural Resources (TCRs) within the project site or its
