Wastewater collection services are provided <br />by the Dublin San Ramon Services District (DSRSD) and wastewater discharge is managed by the <br />Livermore-Amador Valley Water Management Agency. Stormwater collection services are provided <br />by the City. Solid waste collection services are provided by Pleasanton Garbage Service, Inc. (PGS). <br />Electricity infrastructure is provided by PG&E and electricity is provided by EBCE. Water, sewer, and <br />stormwater lines exist in the adjacent Stoneridge Mall Road right-of-way. <br />Findings <br />a) Water, Wastewater, and Stormwater Facilities <br />Prior EIR Conclusions <br />The Prior EIR evaluated the necessity of construction of new water or water treatment facilities or <br />the expansion of existing facilities and concluded that the Zone 7 Water Agency demonstrated <br />sufficient plans to improve water supply capacity to support Housing Element buildout development. <br />It was also determined that the Zone 7 Water Agency would meet the Housing Element ’s expected <br />demand at buildout (approximately 675.7 acre-feet per year), and that the existing water supply and <br />planned expansions would provide sufficient water supply capacity through 2031. In addition, the
