Furthermore, it was concluded that the <br />Housing Element encourages the use of alternative transportation modes. Impacts were determined <br />to be less than significant. <br />Analysis of Proposed Project <br />A Local Traffic Analysis Memorandum was prepared by Kimley-Horn on March 24, 2022 (Appendix <br />H). It addressed the proposed project’s consistency with the City’s General Plan, the Housing <br />Element, and the 2018 Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan. <br />Bicycle Access and Circulation <br />The City’s 2018 Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan shows an existing Shared Use Path (Class I) <br />extending south from the West Dublin/Pleasanton BART Station, along Stoneridge Mall Road and <br />past the project site, to Stoneridge Drive.
