PUD-136, Stoneridge Properties, LLC (Simon Property Group), Stoneridge Shopping <br />Center (1700 and 1008 Stoneridge Mall Road) — Workshop to review and receive <br />comments on an application to construct 486 apartment units on a site designated for <br />housing at Stoneridge Mall, to be integrated into a redesigned version of the previously <br />approved commercial project that included the demolition and replacement of the existing <br />Sears Department store with a 258,000-square-foot development including new retail, <br />grocery, cinema, and specialty lifestyle health club uses (net increase of 80,070 square <br />feet). Zoning for the property is C-R(M) — (Regional Commercial — Mall) and PUD-MU <br />Planned Unit Development — Mixed Use). <br />Associate Planner Jennifer Hagen presented the specifics of the item in the Agenda Report. <br />Commissioner Brown inquired about the approved site plan, location of fitness amenity and the <br />fencing around the amenity. <br />Ms. Hagen presented a site plan showing the commercial project on the east side of the <br />property, with the amenities to the north.
