Exhibit A3 <br />8 <br /> <br />• Area 21: Kiewit: Evidence through communication with the property owners indicating <br />affirmative interest in developing a 5 acre portion of the 50 acre vacant site with high <br />density housing, and including conceptual plans presented to the City and stated <br />partnership with Bridge Housing, a not-for-profit affordable housing developer, to <br />construct affordable housing units on this site. <br /> <br />• Area 23: Sunol Blvd: Evidence through communication with the property owners, <br />indicating affirmative interest in redeveloping these two parcels with high density <br />housing. <br /> <br />• Area 29: Oracle. Evidence through communication with representatives of the property <br />owner, indicating affirmative interest in redeveloping the entire site with housing, and <br />two recently developed projects in close proximity to this site (at on a similar vacant <br />property. The Galloway apartment complex was recently built (2017) about 867 feet <br />from Area 29 just on the other side of Owens Drive. <br /> <br />Other Sites Proposed for Re-Zoning: Ten sites are proposed for re-zoning for low- and medium <br />density housing, on both vacant and underutilized sites, and suitable to accommodate <br />moderate- and/or above moderate housing. Evidence for the likely redevelopment of these <br />sites during the eight-year planning period includes: <br /> <br />Evidence, for Area 14 - St. Elizabeth Seton, and Area 26 - St. Augustine, based on properties <br />owned by religious institutions having been redeveloped with housing and/or affordable <br />housing, including in Pleasanton Evangelical Free Church that was redeveloped with single- <br />family housing in 2020-2021; and elsewhere in the vicinity including St. Paul’s Commons <br />apartments and Goodness Village tiny homes in nearby Walnut Creek and Livermore, <br />respectively. <br /> <br />Evidence for sites currently occupied by office buildings, other commercial development and <br />parking. For Area 19- Black Avenue, a currently vacant older office building built in 1973, for <br />which a preliminary development application for 62 townhomes was submitted June 2022 <br />(P22-0489). For Area 18- Valley Plaza and Area 16 -Tri Valley Inn, the City has received
