This resolution shall take effect at the same time that the Resolution of the <br /> City Council of the City of Pleasanton adopting Objective Design Standards for Qualifying Housing <br /> Development (Case No. P20-0989) takes effect, or on January 31, 2023, whichever is earlier. <br /> SECTION 3.
