Stoneridge Residential Project <br />Preliminary Sewer Analysis Page 2 <br /> <br />Purpose of Report <br />This Preliminary Sewer Loading Calculation has been prepared for Chuck Davis of Simon <br />Property Group by Kimley-Horn and Associates (KHA). The Preliminary Sewer Loading <br />Calculation is intended to comply with the requirements of the City of Pleasanton Sewer Design <br />Guidelines to assist in the development of the planning documents for the project. <br /> <br />Site Description <br />The proposed project is a redevelopment of a 6.0-acre property along Stoneridge Mall Road <br />between Embarcadero Road and Springdale Avenue, and has a zoning designation of PUD(MU). <br />The entirety of the existing site is paved parking stalls with landscaped median islands and tree <br />wells. The proposed development will consist of one new multi-family building totaling 360 units <br />(±435,738 SF) with an internal parking structure totaling ±182,650 SF. <br /> <br />Methodology Used <br />We utilized FlowMaster, a Bentley Systems software program, to confirm that the proposed 6” <br />main line pipe onsite was adequately sized to convey the peak sewer flows to the public sewer <br />system. FlowMaster calculations are based on the Manning’s equation.
