As mentioned previously, due to the mall’s later <br />operating hours in the AM peak hour, heavy congestion and high delays are not expected to occur near <br />intersections adjacent to the project as these intersections will likely be used by patrons to Stoneridge <br />Mall after the AM peak hour. Therefore, the queuing evaluation was conducted in the PM peak hour <br />only at the two Project garage access locations.
