Resolution No. PC-2023-06 <br />Page Five <br /> <br /> <br />Section 4. The Planning Commission hereby recommends the following to the City Council: <br />a. Adopt the Addendum for the Project. <br />b. Adopt the findings set forth in Section 3 of this Resolution. <br />c. Adopt an ordinance making the PUD findings contained herein and approve Case No. <br />PUD-136, subject to the draft conditions of approval listed in the attached Exhibit A. <br /> <br />Section 5.
