PUD-136, Mall Residential Project Planning Commission <br />5 of 34 <br /> <br />Site Description <br />The approximately six-acre subject site, comprising a portion of the larger approximately <br />eight-acre PUD-MU zoned area in the southeast portion of the mall is relatively flat, currently <br />contains a 600 to 700-space, surface-level parking lot which serves the uses within the central <br />mall parcel. Figure 3 below shows an outline of the subject site in relation to the full mall. <br /> <br />The subject site is situated between Stoneridge Mall to the north and west, the new 10x <br />Genomics campus project to the south across Stoneridge Mall Road, and offices to the east <br />across Stoneridge Mall Road. Interstates 580 and 680 are situated nearby, to the north and <br />east. The Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) West Dublin/Pleasanton station is within a half mile <br />of the subject site to the north. Primary access to the subject site is from two driveways, one <br />each off both Stoneridge Mall Roads, although several drive aisles within the parking lot allow <br />direct access to and from Stoneridge Mall Road. <br /> <br />Figure 3: Subject Site Civil Plan <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />N
