Authorize the City Manager to enter into a professional services agreement with Miracle <br /> Playsystems, Inc. for the not-to-exceed amount of$324,608.24. <br /> 3. Authorize the Director of Engineering to approve and execute amendments to the <br /> agreement with Miracle Playsystems, Inc. for an amount not-to-exceed $32,000 <br /> (approximately 10 percent of the total cost). <br /> Finance <br /> 7. Accept the Monthly Disbursements and Investment Report for November 2022 <br /> Recommendation: Accept claim disbursements in the amount of$15,987.888 and the investment <br /> report for the month of November 2022. <br /> 8. Consideration of FY 2023/24 and FY 2024/25 Budget Calendar and Public Engagement Plan <br /> Recommendation: Receive the report. <br /> Fire <br /> 9. Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a letter of intent with the Alameda <br /> County Fire Department to negotiate the terms of a proposal for ambulance services and/or <br /> emergency medical services in Alameda County <br /> Recommendation: Review the FY 2023/24 and FY 2024/25 budget development schedule and <br /> the public engagement plan and waive the full reading and adopt Resolution No. 23-1353. <br /> Operations Services <br /> 10. Adopt a resolution approving a sublicense agreement with East Bay Regional Park District for a <br /> section of the Iron Horse Trail located between Santa Rita Road and Valley Avenue <br /> Recommendation: Waive the full reading and adopt Resolution No. 23-1354 to approve the Iron <br /> Horse Trail Sublicense Agreement with East Bay Regional Park District and authorize the City <br /> Manager to sign all necessary documents. <br /> Police <br /> 11. Adopt a resolution accepting the California State Department of Justice Tobacco Grant in the <br /> amount of$431,459 <br /> Recommendation: Waive the full reading and adopt Resolution No. 23-1355 accepting the <br /> California State Department of Justice Tobacco Grant in the amount of$431,459. <br /> MOTION: It was m/s by Testa/Nibert to approve the consent calendar as recommended.
