Adopt a resolution approving a sublicense agreement with East Bay Regional Park District for a <br /> section of the Iron Horse Trail located between Santa Rita Road and Valley Avenue <br /> Recommendation: Waive the full reading and adopt Resolution No. 23-1354 to approve the Iron <br /> Horse Trail Sublicense Agreement with East Bay Regional Park District and authorize the City <br /> Manager to sign all necessary documents. <br /> Police <br /> 11.
