Design and Placemaking Elements to be Reflected in a Future Framework Plan <br />The following Elements should be reflected in any future Framework plan or other <br />master plan for Stoneridge Mall. Note that where specific standards, requirements or <br />dimensions are included, they are intended to reflect a preferred or recommended <br />standard. However, it is acknowledged that final standards, design and placemaking <br />elements will be established for the Mall through adoption of subsequent planning <br />document(s), based on more detailed planning and site-specific studies for Stoneridge, <br />consideration of physical and other constraints, and overall feasibility. Such standards <br />or requirements may be modified or vary from those described or illustrated below <br />provided that the overall design and placemaking intent expressed in this document is <br />determined to have been met. <br />Summary of Comment: Correct Table 1 on page 6 to address misidentification of JC Penney and <br />Macy's Women's Parcel. <br />Response: Noted; this correction will be made to the Final Framework Components document. <br />Page 3
