PLEASANTON VALLEY PLAZA <br /> January 23, 2023 <br /> RE: The real property known as 1811 Santa Rita Road (Plaza Professional Building); 1809 Santa <br /> Rita Road and 4299-4301 Valley Avenue (Pleasanton Valley Plaza, LLC); and 4307 Valley Avenue <br /> BRE Pleasanton LLC) <br /> Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers, <br /> This letter is to confirm that the ownership of above referenced parcels agree with the <br /> recommendation of the Pleasanton Planning Commission reducing the density for our <br /> properties to be included in the 6th Cycle Housing Element from 30-40 du/ac to 15/25 du/ac. <br /> Pleasanton Valley Plaza has been following the progress and discussions of the City of <br /> Pleasanton Housing Element for over a year. Staff has done an excellent job presenting the <br /> available options to the City Council in achieving a certified Housing Element.Valley Plaza has <br /> communicated with its tenants about its plans and will continue its public outreach in the <br /> future.
