Your comments will be included for the Stoneridge Mall Framework. You may be interested in following the Housing Element Update. The City has received an allocation of just under 6,000 housing units to plan for in this Housing Element cycle. The City Council, after considering several factors, directed that the Mall potentially account for between 900 and 1,440 units. There are other sites being considered to supplement this and achieve the goal of accounting for 6,000 units, in various areas around the city.
