A letter indicating this item <br /> and hearing date was also sent to property owners of all the housing sites being <br /> considered for rezoning as part of the 2023-2031 Housing Element. This item was also <br /> included as an upcoming agenda item in the "Agenda Highlights" of the January 20, <br /> 2023, publication of the Pleasanton Weekly. Public comments are enclosed with this <br /> report as Attachment 4. <br /> CONCLUSION <br /> The proposed draft objective design standards would apply to 6th Cycle Housing <br /> Element sites and the R-M, C-C and M-U standards would apply to smaller infill projects <br /> in zoning districts that allow residential multifamily or mixed-use development.
