The building is currently unoccupied, and the <br />property owner has stated interest in converting the property to a residential use and <br />being considered as part of the Housing Element update process. Adjacent uses <br />include education uses to the west and south (Quarry Lane School and Amador <br />Valley High School, respectively), Amador Valley Community Park and Dolores <br />Bengtson Aquatic Center across Black Avenue to the north, and single-story office <br />buildings that have medical uses as tenants to the east.
