CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br /> December 6, 2022 <br /> This meeting was conducted in accordance with Governor Newsom's <br /> Executive Order N-29-20 and AB 361 COVID-19 pandemic protocols. <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Brown called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at the hour of 7:00 p.m. from the <br /> Council Chamber located at 200 Old Bernal Avenue and via Zoom. <br /> Councilmember Narum led the Pledge of Allegiance and provided opening remarks. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Councilmembers Arkin, Balch, Narum, Testa, Mayor Brown <br /> Absent: None <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> City Manager Beaudin noted amendments to items 4 and 6 as reflected in the supplemental agenda <br /> materials provided to the Council. <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> City Attorney <br /> 1. Approve a second amendment to the agreement providing for stabilization of mobile home space <br /> rents with Pleasanton Mobile home Park, L.P. for the Vineyard Villa Mobile home Park <br /> Recommendation: Approve a Second Amendment to the Agreement with Pleasanton Mobile <br /> Home Park, L.P. <br /> City Manager <br /> 2. Adopt a resolution setting the 2023 calendar year City Council meeting schedule <br /> Recommendation: Adopt and waive the full reading of Resolution No. 22-1339. <br /> 3. Adopt a resolution updating the City's records retention schedule regarding legislative bodies <br /> meeting recordings <br /> Recommendation: Adopt and waive the full reading of Resolution No. 22-1340. <br /> 4. Approve meeting minutes of July 19, August 16, September 6, September 20, October 18, <br /> November 1, and November 15, 2022 <br /> Recommendation: Approve the minutes. <br /> 5. Adopt a resolution authorizing submittal of application to CalRecycle for Beverage Container <br /> Recycling City/County Payment Program and related authorizations <br /> Recommendation: Adopt and waive the full reading of Resolution No. 22-1341. <br />
