j) "In-Tract Main" shall mean a water main within the <br /> physical boundaries of a lot or subdivision. <br /> <br /> k) "Perimeter Main" shall mean a water main in a street or <br /> right-of-way on or about the border of a lot or sub- <br /> division which is or may be shared by two or more <br /> developers. <br /> <br /> 1) "Water Main Extension" shall mean a water main con- <br /> necting a developerrs lot or subdivision with a non- <br /> adjacent water main and which benefits or will benefit <br /> lands on one or both sides of the main that are not <br /> part of developer~s lot or subdivision; "water main <br /> extensions" are also sometimes referred to as "off- <br /> tract mains". <br /> <br /> m) "Valley Floor Zone" shall mean that area within or <br /> without the City roughly between the elevations of <br /> 315 to 430 feet and served or capable of being served <br /> by gravity from the main storage facilities of the <br /> City water system located at elevations approximately <br /> 485 to 535 feet. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: ESTABLISHMENT OF CONNECTION CHARGES.
