A width measured from building face to building face equal to one-quarter of the sum of the <br /> tallest building heights bordering each side of the Paseo. <br /> b. All Paseos shall be further limited to a minimum width of 20 feet and a maximum width of <br /> 35 feet. <br /> A6.2 Where Paseos are provided, the pathways in a paseo shall be at least six feet wide when intended <br /> for pedestrians only and at least eight feet wide when intended for pedestrians as well as <br /> bicyclists. <br /> A6.3 Stoops and porches shall be allowed to encroach up to four feet into the Paseo. <br /> A6.4 Low entry landscape walls, not to exceed three feet in height, may encroach up to six feet into the <br /> paseo. <br /> A6.5 Where Paseos are provided,trees shall be planted at an average spacing of 25 feet with no <br /> individual spacing to exceed 40 feet. <br /> City of Pleasanton -22- DRAFT: December 14, 2022 <br />
