The site currently has a <br /> General Plan Designation of Medium Density Residential which would allow for a <br /> density between 2-8 DUA, although this is not consistent with the Zoning, Agriculture, <br /> which would allow for one dwelling per five acres. Thus a change to the zoning <br /> designation would be required to bring it into alignment with the land use designation <br /> identified in the General Plan. The site is generally flat and is unimproved. Nielson <br /> Park is located to the east, medium density residential uses are located to the south, <br /> St. Elizabeth Seton Church is located to the west, and the iMT Apartments are <br /> located across Stoneridge Drive to the north.
